might be having a panic attack
wanted someone to know
that in the bathroom sometimes at 4 in the morning i will look into my own eyes
for a long time
as if i was a teenage boy
and in the mirror was liz hurley
i mouth words to myself like okay calm down
it doesnt help me get anything done in the 2 hours since or before
but someone should know in case
